Job Summary
As an Associate Marketing Manager you will help develop and execute strategies that fuel business results and growth drive relevance and create more meaningful relationships with our will collaborate with partners to understand business & customer needs translating these requirements into innovative marketing strategies ensuring seamless execution and alignment of campaigns and analyzing performance for optimization. The Associate Manager CRM Strategy will support the execution of CRM campaigns across Email Push Notification Center and/or Text including making recommendations on how to improve performance. You are a strategist with strong leadership skills capable of leading projects analyzing campaign performance building relationships and creating innovative solutions while effectively communicating with both your team and stakeholders.
This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.
This role is hybrid which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield Minnesota and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What youll do
- Support the execution of CRM campaigns across touchpoints: Email Text Push Notification Center
- Develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer relevance.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize initiatives accordingly.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into strategies ensuring seamless campaign execution
- Assist in developing and executing testing strategies to improve personalization and engagement in customer touchpoints
- 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Robust knowledge of integrated marketing strategy development
- Strong collaboration presentation and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in CRM strategy retention or related roles
- Experience in deriving insights from data and story telling
