Are you passionate about helping children thrive Do you enjoy working on a collaborative mission-driven team Blue Bird Day a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Therapeutic Assistant/Behavior Technician Flex (TA/BT Flex) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago IL. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

As an TA/BT Flex at Blue Bird Day you will provide support and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-6 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll foster each childs cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth through:

Providing individualized therapy and group therapy support
Collecting data on programming
Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collaborating daily with physical occupational and speech therapists and social workers
Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Hourly Rate: $19-20/hour
