Job Description:

This is a tenure-track faculty position to start in Fall 2026. Candidates must be able to successfully design and teach college courses in Engineering Technology. Desire candidates with on-going professional development interests love of teaching and enthusiasm for campus and College committees and activities..

Minimum Qualifications:

The position requires at least a Masters degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in any combination of the following qualifying fields:

  • Chemical Engineering

  • Civil Engineering

  • Computer Engineering

  • Computer-Integrated Manufacturing

  • Computer Science

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Electronics Engineering

  • Engineering

  • Engineering Technology

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Manufacturing Technology

  • Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer applicants with: (1) experience teaching college-level courses (2) experience working with a diverse population (3) experience creating and teaching online classes (4) the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Pay Rate:

A faculty member shall be assigned to the appropriate salary grade based on the contract with the faculty union.

Grade 2: Masters Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the field $51934.60

Grade 2: Masters Degree with 30 graduate semester hours in the field $54594.23

Grade 1: Earned Doctor in major field $57255.05
