- Champion employee relations and drive a culture of engagement and inclusion
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Lead talent development initiatives and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with employment laws policies and procedures
- Support change management and organizational effectiveness efforts

Work Environment
This position supports our Georgia Aggregates Team and operates in a professional office setting with occasional visits to plant or field locations. It requires collaboration across departments and may involve travel to other sites within the region.
