Job Summary
About the Company
My client is a specialist façade contractor delivering high-performance technically led engineered façades across new build and remedial projects. Their work spans residential commercial and education sectors partnering with main contractors and housing associations to provide design supply and installation services all delivered to exacting technical safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite operations for façade and building envelope installations.
- Supervise labour and subcontract teams to deliver quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Coordinate logistics materials plant site access and programme sequences.
- Enforce health & safety standards and ensure compliant site practices.
- Monitor quality and progress reporting to the Project Manager and senior team.
- Drive problem-solving and positive project outcomes in a live site environment.
About You
- Experience managing façade installation cladding or related onsite trades.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent focus on health & safety and quality standards.
- Ability to read drawings and understand construction sequencing.
- Practical proactive and solution-orientated on site.
