West Monroe is searching for anInfrastructure & Cloud Services Advisorin our growing London office. We are looking for someonewith a background in IT/public cloud engineering architecture security and/or strategy to join ourTechnology Transaction Services (TTS)practice and focus on due diligence for client M&A deals.

The advisor will contribute to pre-close IT infrastructure assessments across various industries includingPrivate Equity High-Tech & Software Healthcare and Financial of weakness are communicated to client executives in the form of investment summaries often leading to post-close remediation projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our growing tech M&A practice area leverage both IT and advisory skillsets and guide our clients corporate development willalsobe an integral part of ourgrowing team in Londonhelping to shape our office culture andparticipatein the entrepreneurial process of growing a team with triple digit growth (strategy formulation recruiting team building practice development etc.).

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with TTS consultants acrossCybersecurity Software and Data competenciesin producing holistic technologyduediligence summaries to be factored into client M&A decisions.

Manage client relationships and meet withPrivate Equity investorstodeterminebusiness and technical requirements translating them into clear project proposals detailed work plans and cost estimates.

Leverage broad IT skills and experience to leadpublic cloud & infrastructure assessmentsacross various industries such as Financial Services Private Equity Healthcare High Tech Retail etc.

Document as-is technology environmentsidentifyareas for improvement and recommend remediations to client executives.

IdentifyIT process enhancement opportunities in adherence toindustry-accepted best practices and compliance frameworks.

Develop strategies and tech roadmaps for improved systems architecture & engineering cloudoptimisation networking & telecommunications information security etc.

Contribute to practice developmentadvisedirect reports and mentor junior TTS consultants.

Actively build professional and affiliate networks in consulting M&A and broader tech communities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degreein a relevant field preferred or equivalent experiencerequired.

Consulting firm/industry experiencepreferred.

5-11 years of experiencefocused on IT/public cloud strategy engineering and/or architecture.

Understanding ofvarious components of IT infrastructure architecture on-premises systems hybrid public cloud end-user technologyvirtualisation security LAN/WAN datacentre etc.

Comfortable mentoring coaching and leading junior teammates.

Excellentorganisational verbal presentation/facilitation and written communication skills.

Professional-level certifications preferred:AWS Azure CCNA CISSP PMP etc.

Willingness to travel for clientengagementswithin the UK and internationally asrequired.

Bonus-Technology M&A/Private Equity due diligence carve-out or post-close experience.
