Facility Cleaner (28-40 Hours Per Week)

Key Obsessions:

• Facility Cleaning and Maintenance
  • Perform general cleaning of common areas and offices on a scheduled rotation.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms wipe and dust surfaces vacuum and wash windows.
  • Pick up and empty trash containers restock fridges and maintain an organized supply closet.
  • Transport and manage cleaning supplies ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Safety and Operational Support
  • Ensure a safe and orderly work environment by following proper cleaning and safety protocols.
  • Notify the Facility Manager of any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to building care and efficiency.
  • Assist in monitoring and restocking essential facility supplies to support smooth daily operations.
• Ensure Aagard Experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of meeting and break areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Support company and customer functions through setup cleanup and maintaining stocked common areas.
  • Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience by providing prompt and thorough support.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies in common areas to ensure a consistent positive experience.

Knowledge and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required plus 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Previous cleaning custodial or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to follow instructions safety procedures and cleaning protocols
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Basic mechanical aptitude for light maintenance and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to walk or stand up to 100 percent of the time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. stoop kneel crouch crawl or climb
• Must possess a valid drivers license
