Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Developer to own the full data lifecycle from raw source systems to trusted datasets and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
This role blends hands-on data engineering strong analytical thinking and a high level of ownership over data quality and clarity. The ideal candidate moves fast thinks structurally and delivers data solutions that leadership and operational teams can rely on.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain accurate well-structured datasets that support reporting analytics and operations
Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and reporting standards
Translate unclear or ambiguous business questions into clear dashboards and analytical outputs
Ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability across systems
Proactively identify data issues troubleshoot root causes and prevent recurring problems
Support ongoing improvements to the data model and reporting infrastructure
Deliver insights that help teams make better faster decisions
Qualifications & Experience
5 years of experience in data development analytics BI or data engineering
Strong SQL skills with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
Experience working with modern data stacks and reporting tools
Ability to turn business needs into structured decision-ready data
Strong ownership mindset with urgency and follow-through
Clear communicator able to work cross-functionally
