Our DTC team is looking for hardworking team-players to join the Viewer Experience team who will thrive upon the legacy of Disney and Hulu embrace unconventional thinking and who are passionate about contributing to The Walt Disney Companys direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience through strategic hard work and determination.

Job Summary:

You wouldbe responsible fora variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your duties would include providing support to managers and employeesassistingwith daily office needs and managing the companys general administrative addition you would serve visitors by greeting welcoming and directing them appropriately; notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals; conducting research; and keeping front desk operations running smoothly whilemaintaininga professional demeanor.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

Expense Reports

Greet Visitors/Visitor Check-ins

Guest badges assistance/ordering badges

Help plan and manage events.

AED systemChecks (Acts as back up)

General office duties such as filing faxing Outlook and photocopying.

Maintains office and kitchen supplies inventory by checking stock todetermineinventory levelanticipatingneeded supplies placing andexpeditingorders for supplies

Distributes deliveries and handles mail

Manages Lost and found

New Hire equipment distribution day (if/as needed)

Crisis Management Session Planning Scheduling and Comms

Collaboration with IC on companywide events activities and communications (as needed)

Required Education Experience/Skills/Training:

High School Diploma orequivalent

Proven verbal communication and people skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

PC skills (e.g. Windows Outlook)
