Job Scope and Accountabilities
Kahua seeks an experienced Sales Development Representative Team Manager to lead and scale our team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role serves as a key contributor to the sales organization responsible for driving both inbound and outbound market development activities. As SDRs often create the first impression for Kahuas prospects partners and customers exceptional leadership of this team is critical to our continued growth and market success.
The Sales Development Representative Team Manager will drive a world-class approach to market engagement while building SDR capabilities and competencies. This multifaceted role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on coaching to develop SDRs into future sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead coach and mentor SDRs to achieve individual and team performance goals
Own and exceed pipeline metrics goals SDR compensation plans and team OKRs
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to execute winning campaigns and initiatives
Attract recruit hire and onboard new SDR team members
Develop retain and promote top-performing talent within the organization
Analyze performance data and implement process improvements to optimize results
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings
Partner with marketing and sales teams to align lead qualification and handoff processes
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
Education and Professional Experience
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
Proven track record of managing and developing successful sales development teams
3-5 years of sales leadership experience with demonstrated results
Experience with sales development methodologies and best practices
Proficiency with sales technology stack including Salesforce ZoomInfo HubSpot Salesloft Gong or similar platforms
Track record of meeting or exceeding team quotas and performance metrics
Experience in B2B software SaaS or technology sales environments (preferred)
Interpersonal and Business Skills

Business acumen with the ability to understand and navigate strategic sales initiatives
Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across departments
