Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the entirety of the Talent Acquisition process by being responsible for all recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing screening interviewing and offers. This individual consistently utilizes their networks to leverage talent and maintains creativity in the recruiting process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also provides collaboration to the recruitment team and is responsible for maintaining exemplary customer service throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
1. BA/BS degree in Business Human Resources or closely related field. College degree may be offset by 3 years of relevant and substantial work experience. 2. Knowledge of MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention. 4. Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi- task and adjust priorities accordingly.
