Pay Rate/Range:$18-22/hr
Description: Our client is seeking a reliable bilingual Office Support professional. This role supports daily office operations and assists with new-hire onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include answering and routing incoming phone calls assisting new hires with onboarding paperwork and training videos managing office and safety inventory by ordering and stocking supplies performing general administrative and office support duties and running occasional errands using a company vehicle.
Job Requirements:Requirements include being bilingual (English & Spanish) demonstrating strong reliability and consistent attendance proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel possessing a valid drivers license and the ability to multitask while staying organized.
Job Type:Contract-to-hire
Shift/Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
