An award-winning hospital-employed health system is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to join a well-established and highly respected Cardiothoracic Surgery program in a desirable Denver suburban community.

This position offers a balanced inpatient/outpatient practice with a strong surgical focus and the opportunity to serve as first assist alongside an experienced and collaborative surgical team.

Position Highlights

Join a large established service line of: 17 physicians 11 Advanced Practice Providers
Dedicated CTS team including 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons and 3 CTS-PAs
Adding a 4th CTS-PA due to program growth
Traditional inpatient and outpatient role
First assist in cardiothoracic surgery
Shared call rotation: 1:4
Strong clinical surgical and administrative support
Affiliation with a nationally recognized award-winning health system

Qualifications

Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery PA experience required
Demonstrated first assist surgical experience required
NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant
Eligible for Colorado licensure

Compensation & Benefits

Negotiable base salary: $150000 $180000
Signing bonus
Annual quality bonus equal to 10% of base salary
