What youll do
As a Senior Platform Engineer you will design build and evolve the CI/CD platforms that power how our engineers build test and deliver applications across multi-cloud environments. Your mission is to create fast reliable and scalable delivery pipelines that abstract cloud complexity while enabling teams to ship high-quality software with confidence.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our application delivery toolingshaping standards improving developer workflows and embedding security compliance and observability into every stage of the pipeline. Working closely with application teams SRE security and cloud platform engineers you will act as both a technical leader and a force multiplier for engineering productivity.
In this role you will balance hands-on engineering with platform strategy ensuring our CI/CD systems are resilient cloud-agnostic and optimized for scale as our environments and teams grow.
What youll bring
Strong hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD platforms at scale
Deep expertise with Kubernetes in multi-cloud environments (AWSGCP & Azure)
Proven experience with modern CI/CD GitOps and deployment platforms (e.g. GitLab CI Argo CD Helm or similar tools) for application delivery
Solid experience with Terraform / Terragrunt for infrastructure as code
Strong automation skills using Go Python and shell scripting
Experience integrating security and quality gates into pipelines (e.g. SonarQube Snyk)
Working knowledge of container registries and runtimes (AWS ECR ECS)
Experience designing platform abstractions and self-service developer tooling
Experience optimizing tooling/pipeline performance reliability and cost
Understanding of SOC 2 compliance and experience implementing related controls.
Understanding of Java application builds and Gradle from a platform support perspective
