Job Summary

What does this role entail
You will work closely with colleagues across marketing sales and partner teams playing a key role in planning delivering and evaluating our event initiatives.
Youll thrive in this role if
- Independently conceptualize plan and deliver events trade fairs and participation in industry conferences
- Lead or support B2B event projects in close collaboration with marketing sales partner management and other stakeholders
- Create manage and optimize event budgets while ensuring cost efficiency
- Develop and execute event promotion strategies including invitations landing pages and social media content
- Coordinate with external vendors agencies and partners to ensure high-quality event delivery
- Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate event success and report results to marketing leadership
- Leverage digital marketing channels such as email campaigns social media and digital event platforms
Qulifications and your profile
- Degree in marketing event management or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in planning and executing events.
- Experience in IT sector is an advantage
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools CRM systems and digital event technologies
- Excellent communication skills (Swedish and English) strong teamwork mindset and a hands-on problem-solving approach
