Sign-On & Retention Bonuses
- Registered Nurses (RN): Earn up to $10000 in retention bonuses during your first year
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN): Earn up to $4000 in retention bonuses during your first year
Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time Part-Time & PRN opportunities available
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Starting Pay:
- LPN: $25 $30/hour
- RN: $31.50 $37/hour
(Compensation based on experience skills and qualifications)
What Youll Do
As a Charge Nurse at Bethany Home youll play a vital role in providing compassionate resident-centered care while leading and supporting your team.
- Supervise and support CNA CMA and Nurse Aide staff
- Administer medications and oversee daily nursing care
- Accurately document resident care using PointClickCare
- Monitor resident condition and communicate changes to the care team
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Help create a warm welcoming environment our residents can truly call home
What Were Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
- Active South Dakota nursing license
- Current CPR certification
- A heart for senior care and teamwork
