QUALIFICATIONS:
Elementary Paraeducator: List on application experience that is relevant to this position. Previous experience working with groups of children. All applicants must attach one of the required materials below to pre-qualify.
*In some programs possession of or willingness and ability to obtain a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire or before driving any equipment/vehicle requiring this license*

Title I Sites: Must pre-qualify by attaching one documentation A B C or D item from the following list:

A Passing score from SJUSDs Proficiency Exam - testing date must be April 2005 to current. No other school districts proficiency exam accepted. To schedule a testing appointment click here:

- B Official passing score from the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST)
OR
- C OFFICIAL transcripts demonstrating the completion of two years of college (48 semester/60 quarter units)***
OR
- D Proof of an A.A. degree (or higher)***.
***If your degree/transcripts are from a foreign college or university YOU MUST have coursework evaluated for its equivalency to a degree/transcripts received from an accredited United States college or university.
