Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opportunity in Mesa AZ

Qualifications:
- Active Arizona NP or PA license
- NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
- Primary care or outpatient experience preferred
- Passion for compassionate patient-centered care
