Job Summary
Leidos is looking for a Computer Engineer Intern for the Summer of 2026.
The Guidance Navigation Control and Autonomy Branch of the Leidos Innovations Center provides cutting-edge navigation for customers who cant rely on GPS alone and we need your help in the Rocket City (Huntsville AL)! This position offers both analytic and hands-on tasks including development simulation analysis and field testing of navigation algorithms. We perform research development and advanced prototyping for DARPA NASA Air Force Research Laboratory Office of Naval Research and Army Combat Capabilities Development Command engineering centers. These customers need to get our advanced technology into the field! Youll work with other engineers in small teams using spiral or agile development to meet aggressive schedules aimed at near-term field demonstrations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop software and sensor interfacing code
- Assist in data analysis plotting and post-processing
- Develop and test Matlab functions
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Computer Engineering from an accredited college/university.
- Experience programming in C C Python and MATLAB.
- Experience using vim and Linux command line.
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain & maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

Pay Range:
Pay Range $48100.00 - $86950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
