Eligibility
To be eligible for the Shell GraduateProgramme:
You must be in your final year of study or have graduated(bachelors/masters) fromarecogniseduniversity with less than 3 yearsprofessionalexperiencefrom one of the following programs: EngineeringBusiness Administration/ Commerce EconomicsMathematicsData Science Computer Scienceor any similar degree.
There are no specific academic requirements for grades at A level or GCSEequivalentshowever we do expect candidates to haveanexcellentacademic record.
Fluent in English communication including writing speaking and reading.
Possessesstrong interpersonal skills and leadership presence.
You must be lawfully authorized to work in the Philippines and available to start in May/August 2026.
