Position Summary
We are hiring compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients in Derry and Salem NH. This role is ideal for individuals seeking full-time employment flexible part-time hours or supplemental income. We work with you to build a schedule that fits your availability and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care including bathing dressing and grooming
Support safe mobility transfers and ambulation
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with light housekeeping meal preparation and errands
Offer medication reminders and assistance with daily activities
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive pay ranging from $19$22 per hour based on experience
Weekly pay issued every Friday
Flexible scheduling with no mandated weekends
Paid Time Off for caregivers working 25 or more hours per week
Health dental and vision insurance for caregivers working 30 or more hours per week
Paid training including continuing education through Relias
Mileage reimbursement
Referral bonuses and optional supplemental insurance
Supportive office team and a one-on-one care environment
Qualifications
Ability to pass a New Hampshire State background check and BAAS Registry screening
Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred but not required
Compassionate reliable and eager to learn
Reliable transportation to client homes in Derry and Salem NH
