Role Overview
As a Sales ExecutiveforCoStar Debt Solutions youwill play a key role in expandingourstrategic relationships with both existing clients andhigh-potentialprospects.Youlljoina market leader in CRE technology helping lenders make smarter decisions with powerful data and insights. Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:Identifyand closenew salesopportunities bydemonstratingthe value of our SaaS data and information services tailored specifically for commercial real estate lenders and financial institutions.
Client Relationship Management:Build andmaintainstrong long-term relationships with CRE lending clients ensuring exceptionalserviceandidentifyingopportunities for expansion.
Territory Engagement:Travel within your assigned region to meet with clients and prospects face-to-facefosteringtrustdeliveringproduct value andstrengtheningpartnerships.
Strategic Collaboration:Work closely with internal stakeholders and local field sales teams toalign onclient goals ensuring seamless execution and maximizing client satisfaction.
Market Expertise:Develop deep knowledge of CoStar Debt Solutions industry-leading solutions and the commercial real estate lending space to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
Sales Execution:Own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and demos to closing onboarding training and renewalsdriving growth and exceeding revenue targets.
Basic Qualifications
4-10years of solution selling experiencewith success inowning the full-sales cyclefromprospect to close.
Bachelors degreefrom an accredited not-for-profit in-person college/university.
A track recordof commitmentand success withprior employers.
Willingand able to travel toclientand prospect locations on a regular basis.
History of success in selling SaaS Solutions to banks and financial institutions.
Experienced withcomplexsales processes.
Comfortable with diagnostic sellingand committed todelivering solutions to our clients and prospects.
Proactive curious and eager to work in afast pacedenvironment.
Possessa current and valid drivers license.
Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications

Is a well-rounded versatile sales professional with experience with real estate and fluency selling data and SaaS solutions
Experience selling to large organizations with sophisticated buyingprocesses(i.e.Selling Enterprise software solutions bonus if sellingintoBanks and Lenders).
Understandsfundamentals or economic models and risk models.
Comfortablemanagingdateand speaking to the value of integrating proprietary data sets with commercially available data sets.
Familiar with banking regulations and the regulatory framework in the US bankingsystemincluding stress testing and compliance reporting.
