About the role

The City of Unley is seeking an experienced Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of the Fullarton Park Community Centre a welcoming well-used hub that supports connection participation and community wellbeing.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll work closely with staff volunteers community groups and Council colleagues to deliver high-quality programs services and experiences for our community.

Youll

  • Lead the daily operations of a busy community centre.
  • Support and develop staff and volunteers.
  • Plan and deliver community programs and events.
  • Build strong relationships with community partners.
  • Manage budgets bookings and customer service.
  • Promote inclusive participation and community connection.

About you

To succeed in this role you will bring:

  • Experience in community development community centres or a related field.
  • Strong people leadership and customer service skills.
  • A practical organised and collaborative approach.
  • Confidence working with diverse communities and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to public service values and inclusive practice.
