The opportunity

As our Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist you will be joining our team in Perth and work alongside a team of passionate professionals to engage attract recruit and onboard early talent to EYs graduate and undergraduate programs.

This role is based in Boorloo Perth. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about possible options.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to source high-caliber candidates
• Deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition ensuring that DE&I is embedded in our processes and programs.
• Facilitate an excellent candidate experience with lasting impact no matter what the outcome addressing inquiries and providing timely updates
• Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio within Perth cultivating strong relationships with your internal stakeholders
• Maintain value led relationships with tertiary institutes high schools industry bodies and early career pathway organizations
• Leadand present ata large number ofinternal and external events such as inductions careers fairs industry roundtables. Deploy our in-house early identification programs and attraction events including assistance with program development learning design and facilitation.

Skills and attributes for success

• Previous talent acquisition experience.
• A passion for or exposure to early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring.
• Confidence communicating to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and presenting to large groups both in person and virtually
