Role description:

Role accountabilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or an equivalent course; technical certification in BIM is an advantage.

• Minimum of 10 years experience working on BIM projects with strong exposure to international design or construction standards.

• At least 6 years experience in applying BIM to international project design or construction

• Minimum of 3 years experience in multiBIM platform or multiproject BIM management

• Proven experience leading and managing BIM teams including mentoring and developing junior BIM Modelers

• Strong knowledge of international BIM standards including ISO 19650 RIBA and AIA best practices

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across disciplines and stakeholders

• Advanced technical proficiency in developing BIM models and CAD outputs within budget and schedule requirements

• Experience in multidisciplinary project environments with the ability to set up and coordinate BIM Protocols and Execution Plans

• Ability to contribute to project estimates resource planning and technical oversight for large and complex projects.
