What youll do:
- Lead and support associates and managers in community outreach and company-sponsored programs to strengthen local relationships.
- Ensure compliance with policies by monitoring safety asset protection and quality assurance standards.
- Supervise hiring training mentoring and performance evaluation to develop a skilled and accountable team.
- Drive financial performance by analyzing profit and loss statements and implementing corrective action plans.
- Manage customer service initiatives to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate operational activities set clear goals and promote continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Model integrity ethical behavior and Walmart values to foster a positive workplace culture.

- Proven experience in operations management with strong leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss (P&L) and drive financial performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Minimum Qualifications...
