Part-Time Ground and Flight Test SETA, TSSCI

Description:

Candidate sought to provide onsite programmatic support. The successful candidate will support the DARPA program manager by leading transition coordination and outreach. This includes overseeing operational analysis to ensure relevance with partner mission sets coordinating and collaborating with mission partners and communicating results by preparing and delivering program briefings. Specific background or technical skills in the following areas are desirable: Special Access technology development; Ground and Flight Test Experience.

LOE required is 0.5 FTE.

Desired capabilities and characteristics:

• 10years of relevant experience
• Experience working at the Top Secret SCI and SAP levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills - both written (to include PowerPoint) and oral
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests
• Flexible and readily adaptable to change
• Multi-disciplinary technology development

Preferred capabilities and characteristics:

• Operational aircraft experience
• Operations and strike planning
• Experience working with a diverse set of government partners
• Experience with EUCOM and/or INDOPACOM problem sets
• Joint Warfare SME

Responsibilities:

• Presentation and report preparation
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across the various DoD agencies and services.
• Coordinate interagency engagements including DoD Service Labs and FFRDCs.
• Oversee operational analysis to ensure relevance with partner mission sets
• Coordinating and collaborate with mission partners
• Communicate results by preparing and delivering program briefings

Clearance: DoD TS/SCI security clearance is required
