Job Summary

Infosys is seeking aTest Lead.

As a Test Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofRichardson TX Raleigh NC Indianapolis IN Phoenix AZ Hartford CTor be willing to relocate to the area.
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualification:

4 years of experience in test automation with at least 1 year usingPlaywright.
Strong proficiency inJavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience withCI/CD toolsand integrating tests into pipelines.
Familiarity withREST API testingand tools like Postman or Playwrights API capabilities.
Understanding oftest design patterns(e.g. Page Object Model).
Experience withversion control systems(Git).
Knowledge ofAgile/SCRUM methodologies.
Develop and maintain end-to-end test automation usingPlaywright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Integrate automated tests intoCI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions Azure DevOps).
Perform functional regression smoke and API testing.
Identify document and track bugs; contribute to root cause analysis.
Monitor test execution analyze failures and maintain test stability.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing.
Contribute to test data management and environment setup.
Experience withTest Management tools(e.g. TM4J Zephyr).
Exposure toDevSecOps practicesand tools likeSnyk JFrog.
Familiarity withDockeror containerized test environments.
Experience withperformance or accessibility testingtools
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word Power Point Excel and Visio
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to multitask among various activities and responsibilities
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
