Job Summary
Our client a top Western Cape construction company with head office in Stellenbosch is seeking a Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor to take full responsibility for all QS functions on construction building sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified site QS to ensure construction projects are financially controlled and losses minimized.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc Quantity Surveying Degree Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 4 years to maximum 8 years experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Experience gained in a construction site environment will take preference
- Commercial residential and retail building projects experience essential
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (essential)
- Exposure to QS software (CCS BuildSmart or similar) advantageous
- Valid drivers license
