In this roleyou will lead or be a part of delivering project workstreams and provide strategic recommendations to our clients manage project timelines and resources effectively as well as develop and deliver high-quality presentations.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for curious people willing to question the current ways of working byutilizingnew technologies agile ways ofworkingand new business models to bringnew ideasand innovations to life.This role will be targeted towards the financial servicesindustryhence we are lookingfor candidateswith experience fromFS (Banking and Insurance services).With us you will have theopportunityto work with large scalebusiness transformations enabled by digital and be a key advisor for c-suites in leading Nordic companies.
3-5years of experiencefrommanagementconsulting and/or working withdigitaltransformationsIT strategy operating modelsdata and AIvaluerealizationtech transformation etc.
Experienceofworkingproject based in project leading roles or similaris beneficial
Ability toidentifyand pursue new business opportunities
Put ideas and findings into the right context for the right audience both written and verbally in English and preferably in Swedish
An analytical and structural mindset who can achieve impressive results and thrive in settings where you define structure and solveclientspain points
In addition to delivering projects we are looking forexperienceinteam-leadingand driving internal activities (e.g.recruiting social training etc.).
Masters degree in a relevant field with excellent academic results
Flexibility in terms of travel and work across the Nordics is expected
