Job Summary

Responsibilities

Conducts initial analyses of trust documents to determine acceptability and compliance with policies procedures and regulations. Communicates processes procedures and requirements to clients as needed.
Completes day to day administration of trust accounts. This may include coordinating and facilitating transactions new account openings terminations beneficiary updates and account reviews.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and their advisors in partnership with Senior Trust Advisors. May prepare client presentation materials and participate in client meetings.
Maintains understanding of trust administration as well as all compliance regulatory and departmental policies.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Three years of experience in the wealth management industry required. Experience in the administration and support of trust and estates space preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation (or ability to obtain within departmental guidelines) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.
