Speech Language Pathologist CF (Clinical Fellow) Schools & Pediatric Outpatient

July/August 2026 Start Phoenix Metro Full-Time W-2

Mariposa Therapy Services offers school-based and hybrid CF pathways designed for stability learning and long-term growth within a therapist-led multidisciplinary organization.

COMPENSATION

School-Based CF: $83800 total compensation

Hybrid CF (School Pediatric Outpatient/Home): $80800 total compensation

12-month salaried W-2 position
Base salary paid evenly across the full year including school breaks and summer

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders
IVP Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Eligible for Arizona DHS SLP licensure & ADE SLP Certification
Strong Interest in pediatric populations
