Job Description:
An MIS (Management Information Systems) Executivemanages an organizations data and systems focusing on collecting analyzing and reporting information to support business decisions ensuring data integrity system efficiency and security often involving tasks like database management report generation (Excel Power BI) and cross-functional collaboration to provide actionable insights. Key duties include maintaining IT infrastructure generating performance reports troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements for operational effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities
- Data Management:Collect input and maintain data from various sources ensuring accuracy and security.
- Reporting & Analysis:Generate regular and ad-hoc reports (sales inventory etc.) create dashboards and analyze trends to provide insights.
- System Maintenance:Oversee the performance security (antivirus firewalls) and functionality of MIS software and databases.
- Support & Collaboration:Work with different departments to understand their data needs and provide technical support for IT-related issues.
- System Improvement:Identify areas for improvement design new solutions and implement upgrades to enhance efficiency.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Technical:Advanced Excel (Macros) SQLData Visualization(Tableau Power BI) Database Management.
- Analytical:Strong problem-solving data interpretation and attention to detail.
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication (bridging technical/non-technical gaps) teamwork and time management.

- Prepare monthly sales performance reports for the sales manager.
- Manage employee data and generate HR compliance reports (for HR MIS).
- Ensure the companys network systems are secure and efficient.
