Job Summary

  • Plan organize and manage all accommodation operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities
  • Supervise train and monitor performance of accommodation staff (security housekeeping maintenance)
  • Enforce accommodation policies house rules and company regulations consistently
  • Act as the main point of contact between residents and management
  • Handle residents complaints disciplinary issues and conflict resolution professionally
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness hygiene and facility upkeep at all times
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules duty rosters and shift assignments
  • Monitor accommodation occupancy and room allocation as per company guidelines
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety security and operational standards are met
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and emergency procedures
  • Maintain accurate records related to residents rooms maintenance and incidents
  • Prepare periodic operational reports and submit them to management
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality
  • Control daily operational issues and escalate critical matters to management when required
  • Manage emergencies incidents and unexpected situations efficiently
  • Coordinate with external service providers and suppliers when necessary
  • Ensure proper use and care of accommodation assets and facilities

Qualifications :

  • High or Intermediate qualification
  • 35 years  experience in accommodation housing or facility management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise multidisciplinary teams (security housekeeping maintenance)
  • Strong operational knowledge of accommodation management policies and procedures
  • Proven ability to handle resident relations complaints and conflict resolution professionally
  • Experience in planning schedules managing daily operations and preparing management reports
  • Sound knowledge of health safety and security standards and compliance
  • Excellent leadership decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet operational demands
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Flexible to work shifts and respond to operational requirements
