- Plan organize and manage all accommodation operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities
- Supervise train and monitor performance of accommodation staff (security housekeeping maintenance)
- Enforce accommodation policies house rules and company regulations consistently
- Act as the main point of contact between residents and management
- Handle residents complaints disciplinary issues and conflict resolution professionally
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness hygiene and facility upkeep at all times
- Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions
- Prepare and manage staff schedules duty rosters and shift assignments
- Monitor accommodation occupancy and room allocation as per company guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety security and operational standards are met
- Ensure compliance with health safety and emergency procedures
- Maintain accurate records related to residents rooms maintenance and incidents
- Prepare periodic operational reports and submit them to management
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality
- Control daily operational issues and escalate critical matters to management when required
- Manage emergencies incidents and unexpected situations efficiently
- Coordinate with external service providers and suppliers when necessary
- Ensure proper use and care of accommodation assets and facilities
Qualifications :
- High or Intermediate qualification
- 35 years experience in accommodation housing or facility management
- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise multidisciplinary teams (security housekeeping maintenance)
- Strong operational knowledge of accommodation management policies and procedures
- Proven ability to handle resident relations complaints and conflict resolution professionally
- Experience in planning schedules managing daily operations and preparing management reports
- Sound knowledge of health safety and security standards and compliance
- Excellent leadership decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet operational demands
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook)
- Flexible to work shifts and respond to operational requirements
