What Youll Be Doing
Operate front-end loader to move and load sand and gravel materials efficiently.
Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and optimal performance.
Monitor material quality and report any issues promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and plant operating procedures.
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production flow.
What Are We Looking For
Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment.
Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to compliance.
Capability to perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Adaptability to changing priorities and work conditions.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check.
Compliance with all company safety and operational policies.
Physical Demands
Ability to sit stand and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
Frequent walking climbing bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity to operate controls and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Visual and auditory ability to monitor equipment and surroundings safely.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
Shift Hours: 2pm - 12am
