QLab Operator

WHAT YOULL DO
- Set up test and operate QLab systems at front of house ensuring full handshake and control with other production systems.
- Program and adjust QLab cues during rehearsals to react to client requests and creative changes.
- Run QLab during live events to ensure all audio video and show control cues are executed accurately.
- Work closely with the production team to maintain timing show flow and technical consistency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly in fast-paced live show environments.
- Assist with load-in setup strike and teardown of production equipment as required.
WHAT YOULL NEED
- Proven experience as a QLab operator in live show environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of audio mixers video switchers projectors lighting control systems and live streaming platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and extended show days.
