Learning Support Assistant
Location: Enfield
Salary: 450-500 a week
Start Date: Immediate Start
Contract Length: Full Time Term-time only

About the Role Learning Support Assistant
- Supporting pupils withSEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)on a one-to-one or small group basis
- Working closely with classroom Teachers and the SENCO to implement support strategies
- Encouraging student participation confidence and academic progress
- Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation when required
- Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
What Were Looking For Learning Support Assistant
- Agraduate with a 2:1 or abovein Psychology or Education-related degrees
- Passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with diverse needs
- Previous experience working with children is desirable
- Confident patient and resilient with excellent communication skills
- Committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of young learners
