Salary: 450-500 a week

Contract Length: Full Time Term-time only

About the Role Learning Support Assistant

• Supporting pupils withSEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)on a one-to-one or small group basis
• Working closely with classroom Teachers and the SENCO to implement support strategies
• Encouraging student participation confidence and academic progress
• Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation when required
• Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment

What Were Looking For Learning Support Assistant

• Agraduate with a 2:1 or abovein Psychology or Education-related degrees
• Passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with diverse needs
• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• Confident patient and resilient with excellent communication skills
• Committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of young learners
