About the role
Working closely with the Financial Controller and senior leadership team youll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic growth. This is a hands-on position offering exposure to both strategic planning and operational delivery especially during high-energy race day events.
You will:
- Supporting budgeting forecasting and performance analysis
- Delivering insights that influence key business decisions
- Partnering with senior leaders on planning and strategy
- Driving cost control and value across the organisation
- Supporting race day finance from forecasting to post-event reporting
- Producing accurate and timely management accounts
- Monitoring contracts to ensure value for money
- Supporting balance sheet management and compliance
- Preparing reports for senior management and the board
- Building strong relationships across the business
Youll be at the heart of decision-making helping to steer the business both strategically and operationally.
About you
- Part-qualified (or studying towards) ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
- A proactive hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
