A successful candidate will bring foundational experience supporting end users in an enterprise environmenttypically 12 years of IT support help desk or internship/co-op workdemonstrating strong professional attributes in analytical thinking multi-tasking and problem-solving. Familiarity with IT service management (ticketing triage and SLA adherence) is essential as is demonstrated initiative and self-direction in a fast-paced setting. Attention to detail organizational skills and a strong work ethic are required along with the ability to work under time-intensive deadlines and occasionally outside standard business hours for maintenance. Excellent written and oral communication skills are expected as well as proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and core Windows administration fundamentals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related discipline plus CompTIA A certification
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows endpoints O365 apps (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive) and basic networking concepts
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to manage priorities in a ticketing workflow
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and willingness to travel as needed
