The Premium Business Unit Planning team is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Lead to support our North America Sales Channels. The candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to deliver data driven insights and recommendations.
The Demand Planners primary goal is to drive a timely accurate and complete forecast to enable our Sales Channel to achieve revenue targets while seeking to continuously improve forecast accuracy to enable Supply Planning to optimize inventory levels. The Demand Planner needs to leverage both their analytical skills as well as their influence and collaboration skills to partner closely across Sales Business Planning Finance and Global Supply Chain to drive the consensus demand planning cycle ensuring that all assumptions impacting the demand plan are aligned to.
Additional responsibilities include supporting the development of new product volumes and launch plans and providing insightful sales analysis to help explain business results identify risks and opportunities and measure key performance indicators.
The above requires the ideal candidate to develop a strong business acumen and strong relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders to optimize business results.

Education and Experience: Bachelor in Business Finance Economics or Operations 5-7 years of experience
Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication Analytical: Needs strong analytical skill set to work using different sources of information Strong personality: Able to listen influence and negotiate with primary business stakeholders Self-motivated self-starter and ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Solid Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Sales & Operation Process / Supply Value Chain Kinaxis/RapidResponse SAP Forecasting
