Role Overview
The Clinical Team Lead provides clinical leadership and coordination for the residential clinical team within a 24/7 treatment setting. This role focuses on supporting clinicians through workflow development clinical consultation and day-to-day coordination of care while also providing direct clinical services to clients. The Clinical Team Lead serves as a key contributor to the interdisciplinary treatment team partnering closely with operations nursing psychiatry case management and behavioral health technicians to ensure cohesive effective and client-centered care delivery. This position emphasizes clinical quality consistency of practice and continuous improvement of team processes while fostering collaboration accountability and professional growth within the clinical team.
