The Receptionist provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our community.
Responsibilities
What youll do:
- Be the friendly and professional initial point of contact for visitors.
- Uphold our commitment to creating a warm caring and safe environment for all.
- Demonstrate unwavering professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
- Respond quickly and effectively to meet the needs of our residents and guests.
Qualifications
What were looking for:
- A warm and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Effective communication abilities to interact with residents their families and team members.
- A commitment to upholding our values of caring and service.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two (2) years clerical experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Food Handlers Cad preferred
- CPR certification preferred
