Warrior Hub Student Assistant (FWS)

• Campus & Student Support (Facilities & Customer Service):
• Answer phones and greet and assist students staff faculty and visitors at the Warrior Welcome Hub (front counter).
• Monitor hallways classrooms and common areas; report any concerns to university officials or Securitas as needed.
• Assist with classroom and event readiness by reviewing schedules and ensuring space setup and cleanliness.
• Offer general administrative and logistical support for classes events and activities.
• Promote a safe welcoming and organized campus environment.
• Outreach and event support.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with university systems such as Canvas myStanState OneDrive and Teams.

• Demonstrated customer service experience and a positive helpful attitude.
• Basic computer skills including experience with Windows and/or MacOS Microsoft Office/365 internet browsers and email.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
• Dependable detail-oriented and adaptable to changing needs.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
