About the role

Permanent Full-time Melbourne CBD (Hybrid)

This role leads the introduction and ongoing administration of the EventsAir platform across RANZCP. You will ensure the system is configured and used effectively provide training and support to College staff and champion EventsAir as a key tool to enhance event delivery and member experience.

You will play a central role in embedding EventsAir as a trusted well-governed system across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organisation-wide rollout of EventsAir including planning configuration testing and go-live support.
  • Act as the primary system administrator managing user access event setup configurations and system maintenance.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure EventsAir aligns with operational needs and organisational objectives.
  • Maintain system integrity data quality and compliance with governance and security requirements.
  • Liaise with external vendors and support providers to resolve issues and optimise system performance.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training and guidance to build staff capability and confidence in using EventsAir.

What youll bring

  • Hands-on experience with EventsAir including implementation administration and user training.
  • Proven experience administering event management systems in a complex environment.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or valid Australian work rights.

  • $73000 to $91000 leave loading 12% Super commensurate with skills and experience.
  • Hybrid working model (2 days office / 3 days WFH).
  • 37.5-hour week plus a paid day off each month.
