Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and resultsdriven Marketing Manager HVAC Products to support the promotion of our commercial product portfolio. This role partners closely with Engineering Product Management and Sales to develop and execute endtoend marketing strategies and compelling content that drive product awareness customer engagement and sales growth.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC products is required to succeed in this role enabling the effective translation of technical features into clear customerfocused value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans for new and existing residential and commercial HVAC products.
Create high-impact content including product brochures sell sheets case studies white papers email campaigns web content videos digital advertisements and social media assets.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product features benefits and applications.
Support product launches with go-to-market strategies promotional campaigns and sales enablement tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.
Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to optimize future communications.
Stay current on residential and commercial HVAC industry trends customer needs and competitive positioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing communications in HVAC
Strong writing editing and storytelling skills
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite HubSpot or similar platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a strong plus
Creative skills in photography and video development are preferred
