What Youll Be Doing
- Operate dredge equipment safely and efficiently to extract raw materials
- Monitor and adjust dredging operations to maintain optimal performance
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on dredge machinery
- Communicate with team members to coordinate material handling and site operations
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
