Telephone Operator (Season 2026)

At Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos every interaction is thoughtfully designed to create meaningful and memorable guest experiences. As part of the Digital Guest Experience team our Telephone Operator serves as a vital touchpoint between the resort and our guests delivering intuitive refined and personalized communication.

Through seamless coordination and attentive service the role supports resort operations while anticipating guest needs and ensuring every request is handled with care efficiency and the distinctive service standards of The Luxury Collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service via phone ensuring every request question or special requirement is handled thoughtfully and with care
• Manage calls on hold with urgency attentiveness and courtesy
• Transfer calls accurately and efficiently maintaining a polished and guest-focused approach
• Manage administrative duties including documentation reporting and internal communications
• Communicate effectively through email chat and internal systems including submission of work orders defect reports and guest requests
• Accurately record and relay messages requests and key information to relevant departments ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of guest requests

• Previous experience in a similar role ideally within luxury hospitality. Marriott experience is a strong advantage
• Highly proficient in Greek and English both written and verbal with additional languages considered a valuable asset
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel systems
• Highly organized and adept at multitasking able to manage multiple calls and requests while maintaining attention to detail
• Able to adapt seamlessly to changing priorities anticipating needs and delivering effective solutions
• All applicants must hold the legal right to work in Greece
