Job Title: Licensed Process Server
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

What Youll Need:
CA Registered Process Server
Smartphone (iPhone or Android) computer/laptop printer scanner and internet access
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with legal documents and local/state laws
Reliable transportation valid drivers license and auto insurance
What Youll Do:
Serve legal documents to residences and businesses in compliance with all applicable laws and client requirements
Use mobile apps to update status in real time take photos and generate proofs of service
Edit print and sign documents electronically or manually
