Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN)
Full Time 36 hour/week position: (Monday-Friday schedule available or 4 9 hour days)
Hugh Chatham Health at Home(formerly Yadkin Valley Home Health)
- Flexible scheduling available (4 or 5 days/wk weekday or weekend positions also available)
- Hiring for Full Time and Part Time positions in multiple service areas.
- We proudly serve Alexander Alleghany Ashe Davie Forsyth Iredell Stokes Surry Wilkes and Yadkin counties in NC.
- Opportunity for company vehicle
- If in personal vehicle mileage is reimbursed at full IRS rate (2026: 0.725c per mile)

Education and Formal Training: Associate degree in nursing RN licensed in the State of North Carolina. Current CPR or obtain within 30 days of hire.
Work experience: EXTENDED TRAINING PROGRAM OFFERED FOR NEW GRADUATES!
Must have a current/valid drivers license reliable transportation and a satisfactory driving record.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:Demonstrates a high level of mental and emotional tolerance and even temperament when dealing with ill people; uses tact sensitivity sound judgment and a professional attitude when relating with patients families and co-workers at all times. Actively functions as a patient advocate. Must be able to quickly develop thorough knowledge of home health regulations and all relevant policies.
