Post Closing & Insuring Supervisor

What youll do:

• Ensure all required post closing tasks are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
• Confirm all files have Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) collateral shipped PCCDs and trailing documents received and when applicable FHA insured VA Guaranteed UCDs funding fee and MIP paid.
• Fulfill audit and third party due diligence obligations working with internal departments to facilitate resolution on outstanding items.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g. RESPA TRID HMDA) in post-closing activities.
• Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring coaching performance management training and development.

What youll need:

• 5 years of related experience in Mortgage Operations or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales operations capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate experience with Encompass.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
